What issue are you having?
Temporary password login issues
- Temporary passwords expire after 7 days.
- Copying and pasting the temporary password from your email may include leading or trailing whitespace. Retype the password carefully or trim any extra spaces.
- On the login page, check Show password to make sure the password is entered correctly.
If your temporary password has expired, please contact developers@bauercomp.com for assistance.
Password not working
If you have logged in successfully before but your password is being rejected today:
- On the login page, check Show password to confirm the password is typed correctly.
- If it still does not work, use Forgot your password on the login page to reset it.
Vendor or distributor access
If you are a vendor or distributor who needs access to look up Spare Parts quotes, please contact partssales@bauercomp.com to request an account.
Bauer employee access
Enter your Bauer email address to request a new Bauer Portal account. We will send you a verification link.
